Over and above this the SystemSkan solution will be used in order to evaluate user productivity. This will all be handled by J2 Software consultants and will give you the freedom to do your job with the peace of mind that their internal policies are covered.

Our managed service offering will provide you and your organisation with a world class enforcement solution and continual reporting to ensure that you gain maximum benefit. We will perform the reporting and enforcement activities on your behalf, meaning there is no need to invest in additional skills or to find additional time. J2 Software will still give you the ability to know what is really going on across your network and you are free to make use of the built-in additional utilities of the product.

How it Works

  • J2 Software consultants will check, update and continually configure your SystemSkan installation to your requirements.
  • J2 Software will perform weekly user activity reporting and enforcement. This time spent on-site will also be used for routine SystemSkan maintenance, software upgrades, training, rule changes, etc. to the installed solution.
  • J2 Software will provide you with continual report backs and recommendations on changes to configurations to keep in line with trends and new threats.
  • J2 Software will report back on all user activity, time spent on internet sites, application usage, removable drive usage, etc. You will get access to information about what is really happening on your network; without any hassle.  The exact report formats will continually evolve to meet your requirements and deliver the information you need, when you need it.
  • J2 Software will also make some additional time available to you if there is a requirement for more detailed reporting and investigation of any SPECIFIC user activity.
